A boundary line adjustment is when the boundary lines of two or more owners adjust the boundary lines between their properties. Local zoning codes have to be observed and subdivision approval is often required.
A survey map and multiple suggested legal descriptions may be required for your attorney's use in preparing the deed of conveyance. The municipal review process may entail some or all of the professionals listed under subdivisions.
